Dashboard
The Dashboard is the personal landing page for everyone in your workspace. It gathers the highest-severity Insights on the Items relevant to you, alongside forward-looking and historical cards, so you can see what needs your attention without opening every Item.
Layout and scope#
The Dashboard is a grid of cards, each answering one question about your work. Rearrange the grid to suit you—drag a card by its Drag to reorder handle to move it. Use Dashboard settings to choose which cards appear.
Two controls at the top set what every card counts. The Period selector scopes the Dashboard to one planning Period, such as Q2 2026. The Dashboard scope toggle—My items, My teams items, and All—sets whose Items are in view, and the first two can both be on at once. Change either control and the cards recompute together, so the whole Dashboard answers the same question.
The Welcome card sits at the top with a one-line summary of the Period: how many Items you and your Teams own, your average completion against where it’s expected to be, how many things are waiting on you, and how many need attention.

Needs attention#
Needs Attention is the flagship card. It lists the Items that most need a decision, each with the Insight Strategy Hub raised on it, ranked highest-severity first and capped at eight rows. You get one row per Item—if an Item has more than one Insight, its most severe one represents it.
Each row names the Item and its Type, shows who’s accountable, and states what was spotted—an Item past its deadline, drifting off track, or stalled with no recent progress. When nothing meets the bar, the card shows a short empty state in place of the list.

Forecast#
The Forecast card looks ahead. It projects your Items’ progress to the end of the Period along their current trajectory, then sets that projection against the target—the gap between them is the headline. A chart plots progress so far against where it needs to reach by the deadline, so an effort that won’t land in time shows up before it’s too late. Switch between Types to forecast Strategies, Objectives, Key Results, and KPIs separately.

The other cards#
The rest of the grid fills in the picture—a quick rollup, what’s coming, what just happened, and what’s waiting on you. Turn any of them on or off from Dashboard settings.
- Items overview — a compact table of your Items, each row showing its progress, current Status, Owner, and Teams. It links out to the full Overview.
- Upcoming deadlines — Items whose End date falls soon, sorted by how close it is, each with the days remaining and its Status.
- Activity — a running feed of recent changes across the Items you can see: value changes, Status changes, comments, and ownership changes, each with a relative time.
- Needs my response — the things waiting on you: at-mentions, Items assigned to you, and Items due an update from you.
